1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using L2ForgeZone services, including our extension sales platform, website, customer account portal, Discord integration, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

L2ForgeZone is a B2B service provider that sells premium extensions and services to Lineage 2 server owners. We do not operate a game server; we provide extensions and services for server owners to use on their own servers.

2. Third-Party Affiliation Disclaimer

L2ForgeZone is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with NCsoft Corporation, Discord Inc., or any of their subsidiaries.

L2ForgeZone is an independent service provider that offers extensions and services for Lineage 2 server owners. We operate independently and have no business relationship, partnership, or official connection with:

NCsoft Corporation: The developer and publisher of Lineage 2. Any references to Lineage 2, game mechanics, or related content are made solely for the purpose of describing our services and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement by NCsoft.
Discord Inc.: We utilize Discord's platform and API services to provide customer support, account linking, and communication features. Our use of Discord's services is subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, but does not constitute an official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with Discord Inc.

3. Discord Integration

L2ForgeZone Compliance: We operate in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. Our use of Discord's platform is limited to legitimate business purposes including customer support, account verification, and communication. We do not engage in any activities prohibited by Discord's Terms of Service, including but not limited to: spamming, auto-messaging, harassment, bullying, exploiting users, engaging in illegal activities, or infringing intellectual property rights.

User Requirements: When using our Discord support channels, you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 years old (or meet the minimum age required by your country's laws) to use Discord.

Alternative Support: Discord support is optional. You may contact us via email at support@l2forgezone.com for customer support instead.

Account Linking: You may link your Discord account to your L2ForgeZone customer account
Customer Support: Access priority support channels and resources through Discord
Updates & Announcements: Receive notifications about new extensions, updates, and special offers
Account Verification: Verify your customer account for enhanced support access

Data Collection for Discord Features:

When you link your Discord account, we collect and store:

Your Discord User ID
Your Discord username (for display and support purposes)

This data is used solely for customer support, account verification, and providing access to support channels.

4. Customer Account & Service Usage

By creating an account and using our extension sales platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Not share your account with others
Use purchased extensions only on servers you own or have permission to manage
Follow our terms of service and usage guidelines
Not resell, redistribute, or share purchased extension licenses without authorization
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify purchased extensions

Note: L2ForgeZone sells extensions and services to server owners. We do not operate or manage game servers. What you do on your own server, including any third-party software, modifications, or gameplay rules, is entirely your responsibility and not governed by these terms.

5. Products & Purchases

Our platform is a product sales system where customers can purchase:

Extensions: Premium extensions for Lineage 2 servers
Account Credits: Digital credits that can be used to purchase extensions and services
Services: Additional services related to extensions and server management

All purchases are:

Digital Products: All products are delivered digitally
Product Sales: All transactions are product purchases
Non-refundable: All purchases are final unless required by law
Licensed Use: Purchases grant you a license to use the extension on your server(s)
Single Server License: Unless otherwise stated, each purchase is for use on one server
Subject to availability: We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or change credit rates at any time
Account Credits: Credits purchased are non-refundable and can be used to purchase extensions or services

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

We collect only necessary information to provide our Services
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
Account passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing; staff cannot see your plaintext password
Discord integration data is stored securely and used only for intended features
You may request account data deletion by contacting us

7. User Conduct

Users must not:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other customers or staff
Exploit bugs or security vulnerabilities without reporting them
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
Impersonate staff members or other customers
Use the platform for any illegal activities
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify purchased extensions
Resell, redistribute, or share extension licenses without authorization

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to: fraud, unauthorized access, license violations, harassment, or any behavior deemed harmful to the platform or other customers. Suspended accounts forfeit access to purchased extensions and licenses. Refunds will not be provided for terminated accounts.

9. Intellectual Property

L2ForgeZone provides extensions and services for Lineage 2 server owners. All extensions, custom content, and website materials are property of L2ForgeZone unless otherwise stated.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or emergency shutdowns without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions. Purchased extensions and licenses remain valid even during temporary service interruptions.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes will be announced via Discord, email, and our website.
